Customer Administrator shall be the primary contact for all Navis support requests and shall
be the 1st level of support for Customer’s end users ("Users"). Customer Administrator is required to support end
Users and manage Customer’s incidents. Customer Administrator’s role requires searching for known
solutions in available documentation and liaising with Navis support in the event of new problems.
Customer Administrator is required to manage background jobs and the distribution of business
tasks across Users.
Customer Administrator is required to manage and monitor connections to Customer’s third party systems.
Customer Administrator is required to support the adoption of the Navis service.
Customer must provide relevant contact details for Customer Administrator and other relevant Customer contacts.
If Customer Administrator is unable to successfully resolve the User issue as 1st level support,

In order to receive support services, Customer is required to reasonably cooperate with Navis
to resolve support incidents, and shall have adequate technical expertise and knowledge of Customer’s
configuration of the Navis services to provide relevant information to enable Navis to
reproduce, troubleshoot and resolve the experienced error such as, but not limited to, account name,
User ID, form name or screenshot.
User Accounts
All authorized Users of the Customer are required to obtain an Navis-issued User ID and
password and accept and agree to comply with the Navis Terms of Use prior to accessing
the Navis services. Accounts can be created on
account.navis.com.
User accounts are bound to an individual persons. Using single accounts by multiple persons is
not permitted.
Customer Administrator is responsible for inviting, managing and deleting individual User accounts
on the Customer's behalf.
Customer is solely responsible for its User’s use of the Navis service. Customer is
responsible for (i) the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality and reliability of content and
data entered into the Navis service; (ii) using commercially reasonable efforts to prevent
unauthorized access to, or use of the Navis services, and notify Navis of any
unauthorized use; and (iii) comply with all applicable local, state, federal and foreign laws
in using the Navis services.
